Stillwater, MN resident Devin Smith, center, with his first Christos Zympas, 11, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, downed his first rooster last October along with some pretty impressive company -- Jay Lawson, Wyoming Game and Fish Department (WGFD) wildlife division chief.
